At RR Fancy, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase.
We carefully inspect and package all orders before dispatch, but if youโre not happy with your purchase, weโre here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as Sale or Clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Intimate apparel (such as innerwear, socks, etc.) due to hygiene reasons
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item:
- Email us at support@rrfancy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A reason for return
- A photo or video showing the condition (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2โ3 business days with approval or further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, RR Fancy will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (such as size or color preference), the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.
- Please ensure items are securely packed โ we are not responsible for goods damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7โ10 business days.
Refunds are issued:
- To the original payment method used during purchase (if online payment).
- As store credit or coupon code (if you prefer or used COD).
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently support size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability).
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at support@rrfancy.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo or video.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us quickly via email or WhatsApp.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
